Our Mission
Our mission at Blue22 Sports is two-fold… our team are there to support athletes through the highs and the lows of professional sport and navigate the ever-changing world of social engagement and contractual complexities.
We also want to create the ‘next career’ for when our athletes outgrow elite competition. Whether planned or more sudden, our mission is to ensure the drive and focus required for elite athletes is channelled into a new project.

Swim Coaching
For professional athletes of all disciplines, swimming is a low-impact, high-resistance activity to add to your strength and conditioning programme. We provide 1:1, personalised coaching for professional swimmers and triathletes seeking marginal gains, and teams/athletes from other disciplines looking for improved performance, faster recovery, and long-term durability.
Personal Brand Management
Success on the track is not enough to secure sponsorships. A recognisable and polished personal brand will help sponsors identify whether you’re right to represent their product. Blue22’s personalised approach, with a 7-step brand management framework, helps you to get noticed and stay in the driving seat of your career.

When I started this agency, I wanted to build something more than just a business—I wanted to create a place where athletes could grow and feel supported while chasing their dreams, both on and off the field. After being involved in the sports world my whole life, I know how tough (and exciting!) the journey can be. That’s why my goal has always been to help guide, encourage, and empower every athlete who comes through our doors.
